OBRA Specialized Services allows adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) residing in nursing facilities to receive community-based supports, which are similar to State SLS.
Qualifying for OBRA
To Qualify for OBRA Specialized Services, You Must:
- Be 18 years old or older
- Reside in a nursing facility
- Be a resident of the state of Colorado
- Have a determined intellectual or developmental disability as defined by the Colorado Code of Regulations
OBRA Services and Supports
- Day Programming
- Mentorship
- Transportation
- Supported Employment/Job Coaching
- Transition Services
