The new site at Rocky Mountain Human Services is the fourth location, expanding community access to critical resources
Denver Human Services (DHS) is pleased to announce the opening of a new Neighborhood Resource Site (NRS) within the Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS) building, located at 9900 E. Iliff Ave., Denver, CO 80231. The NRS at RMHS is strategically positioned to serve the needs of the local community, bridging the gap in underserved areas of southeast Denver, near the Denver and Arapahoe county boundaries.
“As we have seen with our other locations, this new NRS will undoubtedly be a valuable resource for all community members, bringing critical support closer to those who need it,” said Anne-Marie Braga, executive director of DHS. “We are grateful to Rocky Mountain Human Services for hosting this site and look forward to increasing access to food, medical, general assistance and more.”
“At Rocky Mountain Human Services, we are driven by a clear mission: to empower the individuals we serve by helping to connect them with the right support and resources so they can thrive,” said Shari Repinski, chief executive officer of RMHS. “This partnership with DHS is a significant step towards further simplifying access to essential services for people with disabilities. We are thrilled to be a part of this innovative collaboration.”
